As a team of seafood enthusiasts, we decided to start a business with the goal of introducing our delicious and healthy dishes to the public. With our combined experience in cooking and business, we fused our grandparents' ingredients from Ensenada, Mexico, and techniques to create the perfect recipe.

After experimenting with different combinations, we finally arrived at a unique blend of fresh seafood, citrus juices, and spices that are both flavorful and healthy. We started small, selling our ceviche at local food fairs and in our community, but quickly gained a loyal following who appreciated the quality and flavor of our products.
